It depends on the unit. Typically, the fuse is located near the power plug. Check your owner's manual for more information on fuse placement. If you've misplaced your manual, you can download a copy here.
It depends on the unit. Typically, the on switch is located near the power plug, however many units do not have a power switch. Check the mains plug for correct insertion, and ensure the circuit has power.

The short answer is no, the only way you can purchase directly from Blizzard Lighting is if you become an Authorized Blizzard Lighting Dealer. We do not typically sell to the end user, however from time to time we do offer B-Stock or refurbished units for sale directly, either via our website or through online eCommerce websites.
Repairs on units under warranty are performed at our headquarters. Our warranty covers the cost of parts, labor, and the return shipment. We also service units that are no longer under warranty, for a fee.
It depends on the unit and the issues that the unit has. The price would vary based on the cost of parts and the labor needed to repair the unit.
Currently, our turn-around time averages 5 business days.
