Q. How many wiCICLE's can you use at once?

A. As many as you would like, as long as you do not exceed 1 universe of DMX channels, i.e., there are 512 channels of DMX over 1 universe. Most fixtures use between 3 and 17 channels of DMX. If you used fixtures that use 10 channels you could have 51 wicicles receiving from 1 transmitter. While this is unlikely, it is possible.

Q. How far is a wiCICLE's range?

A. 1000 feet maximum (line of sight)

Q. Do wiCICLE's work with moving head fixtures?

A. Yes.

Q. Why the LightCaster over the wiCICLE transmitter?

A. The LightCaster has a greater range of transmission than that of the wiCICLE transmitter.

Q. Why is my wiCICLE receiver flashing constant green and not accepting a signal from my LightCaster?

A. The fixture it is plugged into is set in master mode. It must be set for slave mode. Set your lighting fixture to slave mode, wait up to 30 seconds, and then the wiCICLE should link with your LightCaster.
